A high-end restaurant is planned to occupy a portion of the retail space. The restaurant will have a trendy, upscale vibe with an acclaimed menu for guests. The restaurant will be open to the public and tenants to host dinner meetings, private events and more.
Conference Center
Located within GENESIS Marina, there will be a dedicated Conference Center, equipped with executive board rooms and conference rooms that tenants can reserve and utilize on a first come first served basis, free of charge. The assorted conference rooms are equipped with presentation tools including projectors, large smart tvs, free Wi-Fi, video and teleconference connections and more.
GenesisFIT
GenesisFIT will be located on the first level of the Building 1. The new Fitness Center will be a state-of-the-art center with wellness coaches and onsite trainers that provides services to tenants. The fitness organized programs provide structure and guidance to individuals that are looking to continue a happy, healthy life. It will feature open gym areas as well private studios for various classes.

GENESIS Marina is equipped with transportation services that run to the top 3 public transit lines during the mornings and evenings. Accommodating our tenants with this service provides more efficient transportation throughout the Bay Area and contributes to a healthier environment.
